Aavid Thermalloy Introduces New DC Fan Line, the "OptiFans"
Aavid Thermalloy (Concord, NH) recently announced the introduction of OptiFans, the company's new dc fan line. Designed to meet all thermal management needs, Aavid Thermalloy claims that the new fans bear design refinements in the fan blades, housing and bearings meant to decrease noise. In addition, the new fans have been flow- and speed-control tested. The products range in air flow delivery from 3 cubic feet per meter for the 40 x 40 x 7mm fan; to 100 cubic feet per meter for the 120 x 120 x 38mm fan.

The new OptiFans range in price from $2 to $5, depending on bearing style, motor speed and options. They are available immediately.
