Military Fuel Cells: The Next Five Years
Military Fuel Cells: The Next Five Years will be held March 11-12, 2004, in Orlando, FL. In order for fuel cells to become accepted, several obstacles, including the cost to generate power, must be overcome. Additionally, major challenges still exist in making fuel systems mobile, agile, survivable, stealthy and easily deployable for the future battlefield. This seminar will examine the key enabling fuel cell technologies, the status of fuel cell technology, along with reasonable expectations over the next five years. This seminar examines emerging DoD and Service requirements, the status and forecast for key demonstration programs, and the viability of an extensive inventory of planned and in-progress application developments.
