Advanced Techniques for Pore Structure Characterization
Porous Materials Inc. (PMI, Ithaca, NY) announces its fourth annual porosity characterization short course to be held in Ithaca, NY, from October 8-11, 2002. The course includes basics as well as advanced topics and is arranged so that both managers and scientists can benefit from it.
The course covers the basics of various techniques available and their proper role in understanding the material structure. It includes lectures from experts on recent advances, error analysis, interpretation of results and selection of appropriate techniques as well as live demonstrations and visits to PMI laboratories for hands-on experience. Discussion of individual or group problems arranged with advance notification.
