Experienced Technical Editor Wanted

We are currently offering an amazing opportunity for someone who is looking to progress their career in publishing by becoming the Technical Editor of a Global Industry-leading Publication. We are looking for a talented, highly-motivated and dynamic person with a strong background in the power electronics market (an Electronics Engineer or equivalent) to work as Editor-in-Chief of PowerPulse.

Duties will include:

Writing, editing and commissioning high-quality editorial content

Proof-reading and sub-editing content

Producing original content which is well-written and of interest to the readership

Attending client meetings, trade shows and networking events on behalf of the company

Creating original technical/educational material

A successful candidate must:

Have a background in electronics engineering/design with practical experience in the industry

Be able to write a technology/product news story using only a datasheet

Have excellent computer literacy

Have a proactive and flexible working attitude

Be able to work well as part of a team and have the initiative to work well and efficiently alone

Be able to work to tight deadlines

Required skills:

Editing, Electrical Engineering, Literacy, Publishing, Strong English Writing skills required
