Narada Presents LS Series VRLA Standby Batteries

Narada Power Source Corp. (Zhejiang, China) announced its new LS Series of valve-regulated, lead-acid (VRLA) standby batteries, which are designed to last 15 years in float application, and have a self-discharge rate <0.077 percent of its capacity per day (25 degrees C), making them suitable for use in telecommunications and military applications.

Available with sizes of 120mm x 200mm x 366mm to 305mm x 244mm x 604mm, the VRLA batteries are rated at 2V and have a capacity ranging from 110Ah to 1.5kAh. The batteries weigh between 16kg to 111kg and are claimed to have 99.9-percent recombination efficiency.
