Central Semi Debuts MMPQ Series in SOIC-16 Package

Central Semiconductor Corp. (Hauppauge, NY) announced the release of the new MMPQ Series of quad transistors in the SOIC-16 surface-mount package, which includes the MMPQ2222A, MMPQ2907A, MMPQ3904, MMPQ3906,
MMPQ6502 and MMPQ6700.
The devices have been manufactured as an exact "drop-on" second source for the industry-standard MMPQ Series of quad transistors. The device offers four electrically isolated, small-signal transistors in a 16-pin, surface-mount IC package.
The devices are available in bulk pack or in 2,500 pieces on 13in tape-and-reel. Sample devices are available upon request. Prices start at $0.98 each for 2,500 pieces on a 13in reel.
