Zetex Presents ZXFV203 Triple-Channel Amplifier

March 02, 2004 by Jeff Shepard

Zetex plc (Chadderton, Oldham) announced its new ZXFV203 triple-channel video amplifier for loads up to 400 pF. Maintaining an output of 3 V at a 40 mA load current, the chip is capable of driving multiple video lines.

The ZXFV203 is a high-performance, current-feedback device that provides a unity gain bandwidth of 300 MHz and a slew rate of 400 V/µs. The device's low differential gain of 0.01 percent and differential phase of 0.01° ensures the integrity of color saturation and hue. Operating from ±5 V supplies, the amplifier is presented in a 14-pin SO package with a pin-out similar to that of a quad op amp with one channel omitted.

The ZXFV203 is priced at $1.02 each for 10,000 pieces. Delivery is four to six weeks in production volumes.
