HVCA Intros UX-FOB High-Voltage Power Diodes

HV Component Associates Inc. (Farmingdale, NJ) announced the new UX-FOB high-voltage power diodes from HV Component Associates (HVCA) Inc. exhibit a recovery time of 50ns and are suitable for use in high-frequency applications. The diodes are rated up to 8kVpp reverse voltage with a maximum forward voltage of 12V. They also offer an average forward current is 0.5A and handle a maximum surge current of 20A. The diodes measure 22mm x 7mm x 7mm with 22mm lead lengths.
