Asner Electronic Debuts MPS Series Power Supplies

Asner Electronic Co. Ltd. (Taiwan) announced its new MPS Series of switching power supplies, which operate at >75 percent efficiency at full-load, accept an input from 85Vac to 264Vac and can produce outputs ranging from 1.5V to 60V.

The hot-pluggable devices have an active power-factor correction >0.99, an active current-sharing feature, remote on/off and offer a power density of 7.3W/inch³. The MPS10 model has five slots to configure dc/dc converter modules and produces 700W at 110Vac or 1kW at 230Vac. The MPS16 model has eight slots and produces 1kW at 110Vac or 1.6kW at 230Vac.
