Zetex Intros 3 Families of FET Bias Controller ICs - ZNBG 3000, 4000 & 6000

Zetex Inc. (Commack, NY) introduced three families of FET bias controller ICs designed to provide all the bias requirements of GaAs and HEMT FETs in point-to-point microwave applications. The ZNBG 3000, 4000 and 6000 series handle up to 3, 4 or 6 FET stages, respectively.
The devices operate from a single positive supply and generate the negative 3V rail required for FET gate biasing. Available in 16-pin or 20-pin QSOP packages, the devices are priced from $1.65 to $2.85 each in quantities of 10,000.
