Xinyun Debuts CA44/CA43/CA41 Tantalum Capacitors

China Zhenhua (Group) Xinyun Electronic Components and Devices Co. Ltd. (China) announced the CA44, CA43 and CA41 plastic-encapsulated, axial-leaded solid tantalum capacitors, which feature small size, good frequency performance and high reliability. They are suitable for meters, computers and communication devices.
The voltage ranges from 4V to 63V. The devices exhibit capacitance values from 47nF to 470µF. They are specified for operation from -55 to 125 degrees C.
