Xingri Electronics Intros CA72 Series Capacitors

Ningxia Xingri Electronics Co. Ltd. (China) announced its CA72 Series of solid-state, tantalum capacitors, which feature a non-polar design, rectangular package, radial leads, and are suitable for dc and pulse circuits.

The devices are available in capacitance ranges of 3.3µF to 150µF (6.3V), 2.2µF to 100µF (10V), 1.5µF to 68µF (16V), 1µF to 47µF (25V), 0.68µF to 33µF (32V), 0.68µF to 22µF (40V), and 0.22µF to 10µF (63V) with tolerance levels of ±10 percent and ±20 percent.

The dissipation factor is <0.1 if capacitance is <47µF or <0.15 if the capacitance is at least 47VF. The devices are offered in package sizes, including 6.5mm x 3.5mm x 9.5mm, 11mm x 5.6mm x 16mm, 16mm x 8.2mm x 18mm, and 16mm x 8.2mm x 22mm.
