Xiamen Jimson Electronics Co. Ltd. (China) introduced its new metallized polyester film capacitors, which have a non-inductive construction, exhibit good self-healing properties and offer high resistance to moisture. They offer high capacitance values in a compact size. The capacitors can be employed in coupling, decoupling, bypassing and timing circuits; automatic control systems; communications equipment; noise suppression; and frequency modulation.
The devices meet IEC 384-2 Grade I and GB 7335 standards. They are specified from -40 to +85 degrees C without derating; at 85 to 105 degrees C, the derating voltage is 1.25 percent per degree C. The capacitance tolerance is ±20 percent.
