Wuxi Xuyang Electronic Co. Ltd. (China) released its high-accuracy MFB NTC thermistors that feature a rated power of 250 mW and have B values ranging from 2,000K to 5,000K, ±0.5%, ±1% or ±1.5%.
Suitable for temperature measurement and control, the devices have a rated zero-power resistance of 100 ohms to 1 megohm, ±1%, ±2%, ±3%, ±5% or ±10%, and a dissipation factor of 2 mW. The devices operate within the -50 °C to +250 °C temperature range and have a thermal time constant of 20 s (maximum).
