Wuhan Electronics Intros PS Series AC/DC Adapters

Wuhan PS Electronics Co. Ltd. (China) introduced the new PS Series of ac/dc adapters that deliver high efficiency and low power consumption. The adapters accept input voltages of either 90Vac to 264Vac or 165Vac to 264Vac. The adapters can be used with small electronic devices such as phones, battery chargers, IC card writers and readers, and electronic meters.

The adapters are fabricated with a high heat-resistant PC plastic casing and offer over-heating and short-circuit protection, high reliability, and extended service life. Product dimensions measure 78mm x 52mm x 44mm, and the product weight is 175g (±10g).

The PS Series provides output voltages of 5V, 6V, 7.5V, 9V and 12V, with ±3 percent tolerance. The output current ranges from 410mA to 1.6A. The operating efficiency is rated at up to 70 percent. The devices exhibit an isolation voltage of 1kVac input-to-output and 1.5kVac pin-to-shell. The operating temperature is from -10 to +45 degrees C.
