Würth Elektronik eiSos to present Portfolio of Components
Würth Elektronik eiSos will present its most comprehensive portfolio ever, containing standard and fully customizable electronic and electromechanical components this year at electronica 2014 in Munich from November 11 to 14. For the first time in history, Würth Elektronik rounds out its EMC offerings by adding a breadth of certified electrolyte, ceramic and film capacitors to its portfolio. X2 class foil capacitors released work hand in hand with their line of filters. MLCC capacitors are available in 0402-1812 class sizes. Various different designs are available in SMD and THT configurations, as well as snap-in, aluminum, electrolyte capacitors for general and special circuitry.
The highlight of the capacitor section will be aluminum-polymer capacitors in SMD and THT configurations – offering various advantages including the longest specified work life in its class. And a new technical book appears for its first time at the show. “ABC of Capacitors " offers an introduction to the field of capacitors. It is filled with practical applications and minimizes complex theory. Available in English and German, it is written by engineers, for engineers.
The base of the powder iron SMD inductor, WE-MAPI, is an industry leading 1.6 x 1.6 mm with a height of 1 mm. The magnetically shielded inductor offers high conductivity and with rated currents up to 1.9A. High saturation currents yield up to 4.9A. In addition to the WE-MAPI, the company is also presenting numerous additional families of power inductors for power applications and switching controller designs.
With wireless charging finally gaining industry adoption, Würth Elektronik is at the forefront of development and introduces an all-inclusive portfolio of Qi-compatible coils, as well IC house referenced coils. The latest trends in WPC will be demonstrated at the show. Visitors are encourages to stop by the wireless charging stations at the Würth Elektronik booth to recharge their mobile device!
The company introduces recent innovations in White LED technology: PLCC packaging in 3014, 3020, 5630 and 3528 class sizes, as well as a line of High Power White LEDs. And the 2015 product catalog for connectors and electromechanical components will make its first appearance at the show. It is filled with the latest innovations and enhancements in board-to-board, wire-to-board, I/O, ZIF, and terminal block technology. Brand new portfolio additions include fuse holders and innovative connection elements such as SMD spacer studs and SMD power elements for automated assembly process.
