Welon Electronic Enterprise Corp. (Taiwan) announced its new CSS Series of SMT tantalum electrolytic capacitors, which measure 2mm x 1.2mm x 1.2mm and are suitable for use in portable devices such as cellular phones, digital cameras and PDAs.
The components are available in capacitance values ranging from 0.1µF to 10µF with rated voltages from 4Vdc to 20Vdc. They have a leakage current of <0.5µA and operate from -55 to +125 degrees C.
