TVS in SOT-23 with Pin Capacitance of .8pF and Ipp of 2A

Torex Semiconductor Ltd. has launched the XBP06V0U2MR series of three-pin, transient voltage suppressors (TVS). The XBP06V0U2MR series of products are mounted near an external interface to protect downstream ICs from electrostatic discharge.

Since the pin capacitance is as low as 0.8pF, it can be used on high-speed signal lines. The devices are ideal for line protection of USB2.0, HDMI, and other lines.Moreover, two TVS diodes come in a compact SOT-23 (2.9mm by 2.8mm by 1.3mm Height) packages, contributing to space saving. These products comply with the EU RoHS Directive and are lead-free.

For ESD protection, the series features a 15kV Contact that is IEC61000-4-2 compliant. The devices provide a peak pulse current (8/20μs Waveform) Ipp of 2A.
