An upcoming workshop on Thermal Management of Electronics is scheduled for May 9 through 10, 2001, in Santa Clara, CA. The event is designed for engineers and designers who are involved in the design and implementation of solutions for electronic systems. An international panel of experts has been assembled to speak about some of the most critical aspects of thermal design.
The two-day event is sponsored by Advanced Thermal Solutions, Cambridge Accusense, ElectronicsCooling Magazine, Flomerics, Harvard Thermal, Power Devices, The Bergquist Company, and Thermacore International. Lectures will be given by Drs. Kaveh Azar and Michael Yovanovich, as well as Don Ernst and David Rosato.
Fees for the event are $795, which includes continental breakfast and lunch for both days, a complete set of lecture notes and a hospitality event following the completion of the first day of lectures.
