SunWize Technologies Inc. (Kingston, NY) announced the completion of a 30,000-square-foot distribution and manufacturing facility in Kingston, NY. The new building, one of the largest photovoltaic facilities in the US, is designed for shorter turnaround time for module and component shipments, and more effective manufacturing of SunWize's specialty solar modules and product lines. The new building is capable of housing large telecommunication shelters and walk-in enclosures, allowing the outfitting of the units indoors independent of weather conditions. The warehouse provides more stocking room for a larger inventory and wider variety of products essential to dealers, missionaries, government and industrial customers. A comprehensive research and development laboratory will facilitate new product development in order to offer customers more solutions to remote power problems.David Kulik, president of SunWize Technologies, commented, "We are now in a better position to fulfill our mission of shipping our products on the same day we receive the order. Doubling our manufacturing and distribution space demonstrates our absolute commitment to the highest possible level of customer service."
