Spire Corp. (Bedford, MA) announced the resignation of Richard Gregorio as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Gregorio, who joined the company in 1977, was appointed CFO in 1993; he also served as Treasurer, Principal Accounting Officer and Clerk.
"Richard has made a significant contribution to the growth of Spire and we wish him every success in his future endeavors," said Spire President and CEO Roger Little. "Gregory Towle, currently assistant controller at Integrated Development Enterprise Inc., will join Spire on June 17, 2002, as Controller. Greg was previously controller at Spire until he left in 1996."
