Sipex Corp. (Billerica, MA) announced the release of its SP8024, SP8025 and SP8026 families of fully integrated automatic power control ICs (APCs), which employ a differential output that provides improved dynamic range and noise immunity.
The SP8024, SP8025 and SP8026 provide a differential 2V output swing and drive over 50pF of capacitance while still achieving a slew rate of over 250V/µs and a settling time (to one percent) of less than 20ns.
The SP8024, SP8025 and SP8026 are currently available in 3mm x 3.5mm, eight-pin COB packages.
