SEI Electronics Intros New RNC Series Resistor

SEI Electronics Inc. (Raleigh, NC) introduced its precision nichrome, thin-film chip resistors, the RNC Series, which provides tight tolerances down to 0.01 percent and temperatures coefficients to ±5 ppm/°C. Typical applications for the RNC Series include precision circuits in telecommunications, instrumentation, military, medical equipment and power supplies.
Pricing for the RNC Series in 0603 to 1206 case sizes of 0.1 percent 25 ppm is approximately $0.15 each, with lead times ranging from stock to six weeks. The 0805 and 1206 case sizes in 0.1 percent tolerance and 25 ppm are considered standard for values between 100 ohms and 100 kohms.
