Power-Sonic Intros PS-1250 Rechargeable Sealed Lead-Acid Battery

Power-Sonic Corp. (San Diego) introduced the PS-1250 12V, 5.0Ah rechargeable sealed lead-acid battery specifically designed for a number of applications in the security industry, including security panels, CCTV, surveillance equipment, access control systems, fire/burglar alarms and emergency lighting. The PS-1250 complies with ISO 9002 quality standards, current safety codes and Year 2000 stipulations, according to Power-Sonic. The PS-1250 battery features Absorbent Glass Mat (AGM) technology, spill-proof construction allowing for operation in any position, ABS plastic construction and quick disconnect FASTON F1 or F2 terminals for easy installation. The battery offers an energy density of 1.53Wh per cu. in. It can deliver from 300-500 charge/discharge cycles, depending on the average depth of discharge. The battery measures 3.54 x 2.75 x 4.01 and weighs 4.2 lbs. The PS-1250 is priced at $11.30 in quantities of 500.
