Power-One Announces MPU150-3524 Extension of the MPU150 AC/DC Power Series
Power-One Inc. (Camarillo, CA) has extended its MPU150 ac/dc power series by introducing the MPU150-3524, a low-profile, triple-output power solution intended for systems requiring 1U height constraints.
With a main output of 5V at 17.5A and a 12V output at 4A, the MPU150-3524 provides flexibility by allowing the use of dc/dc converters and industrial controls. The MPU150-3524 has single-wire current sharing and over-voltage protection on the 5V and 12V outputs. Remote sensing is available on both of these outputs in order to provide a system point of regulation. Thermal shutdown, power-fail and power-good signals are also provided.
Active PFC complies with the requirements of the European line harmonics standard, EN61000. Recognized by UL1950, certified to CSA C22.2 #234/950 and TUV licensed to EN60950, the MPU150-3524 carries the CE marking for the Low Voltage Directive 89/23/EEC. Onboard EMI filtering provides compliance to FCC CFR Title 47, Part 15 and EN55022/CISPR 22, Level B.
