The Power Electronics Specialist Conference (PESC) 2002 will be held at the Cairns Convention Centre in Cairns, Queensland, Australia, from June 23-27, 2002. Sponsored by the IEEE Power Electronics Society, the conference will cover such topics as dc power supplies, rectifiers and inverters, motion drives and motion-control systems, power devices and packaging, passive components, automotives and transportation, alternative energy and renewable generation, telecommunications, EMI and power-quality issues, utility-connection applications, and computers in power electronics.
