Potrans Electrical Corp. (Irvine, CA) announced its new 12W single-output, low-cost, lightweight switching power supply series. The series features 100Vac to 250Vac input in both wall-plug and desk-top styles, in IEC320-C6 and IEC320-C8 configurations.
Measuring 2.81in x 1.81in x 1.31in, the power supplies are designed for 12W continuous output from 3.3V to 15V requirements. The 12W product range represents a large growth area, especially for telecommunications applications.
The supplies are rated for operation from 0 to 40 degrees C assuming full load, no derating. Each comes with a one-year warranty.
The new 12W series is priced below $7.25 and is available in 1,000-piece lots.
