Plug Power Inc. Hires Mark Sperry as Chief Marketing Officer

Plug Power Inc. (Latham, NY) has hired Mark Sperry as its chief marketing officer, and reorganized its technology development as it loses William Acker as vice president.Sperry formerly served as Xerox Corp.'s (Stamford, CT) vice president and general manager for the production color business within the North American Solutions Group. Plug Power's research and advanced technology activities will be led by Glenn Eisman, Plug Power chief technology officer. Product development and engineering will report to Greg Silvestri, senior vice president of operations.
