ON Semiconductor LLC (Phoenix, AZ) recently introduced a new version of its searchable CD-ROM for its TMOS Power MOSFETs. The CD-ROM offers what the company claims is a comprehensive collection of data for all ON Semiconductor's power MOSFET data in one location.
According to the company, the TMOS CD-ROM contains a selector guide, data sheets, device cross-references and application notes in PDF format. Also included are device reliability data, packaging and thermal specification, as well as SPICE and SABER models. A selector guide contains device selections by both package and technology.
The CD-ROM device searches can be conducted based on Rds(on), Vgs, breakdown voltage, polarity and package. The CD-ROM is designed to be compatible with both Windows and Macintosh platforms and includes Adobe Acrobat Reader for viewing PDF files.
