New Japan Radio Co. Ltd. (NJR, Japan) released the new NJU6538, a bitmap LCD driver for car stereos, car information panels, home audio equipment and office machines. Features include microprocessor interface circuits, instruction decoder, key scan and output ports. The product is offered in QFP100-G (0.5mm pitch), and QFP100-C2 (0.65mm pitch). Sample cost is $4.17 a piece.
