Ningxia Xingri Electronics Co. Ltd. (China) introduced the new CAK Series of tantalum electrolytic capacitors, which are rated for operation over the -55 to +125 degrees C temperature range and are suitable for use in military electronic equipment that require high reliability.
The devices are available with capacitance values ranging from 0.1µF to 470µF with ±5 percent, ±10 percent or ±20 percent tolerance. Rated voltages include 6.3V, 10V, 16V, 25V, 32V, 40V and 63V with corresponding derating voltages of 4V, 6.3V, 10V, 16V, 20V, 25V and 40V (>85 degrees C). The dissipation factor ranges from 0.03 to 0.1 depending on the capacitance. The capacitors are offered in sizes of 3.2mm x 8mm, 5mm x 12mm, 6mm x 14mm, 8mm x 14mm and 8mm x 22mm.
