FuelCell Energy Inc. (FCE, Danbury, CT) announced that George Petty has joined the board of directors. Petty is a corporate director of Enbridge Energy Management LLC and Enbridge Inc., leaders in the energy transportation and distribution in North America and internationally. The appointment of Mr. Petty is an addition to FuelCell Energy's board and brings the total number of directors to 12.
