Mornsun Introduces 1W DC-DC Converters With 6000Vdc Isolation

Mornsun America introduced its G Series and H Series of 1W dc-dc converters which feature 6000Vdc input-to-output isolation and are well suited for medical, industrial control, and instrumentation applications where high isolation is required. Nominal input voltages of 5 or 12Vdc step up or down to produce single or dual output voltages of 5, 9, 12, and 15Vdc.

Compact SIP or DIP through-hole packages meet industry standard dimensions and pin outs. Efficiency is stated up to 75% and the MTBF is calculated to 3,500,000 hours. Full load operation for the products is specified over the wide -40 to +85°C temperature range. Short circuit protection is inherent in the design.

Both Series’ are designed with internal SMD construction, and are RoHS compliant. The converters are approved to UL60950-1 standards and UL60601-1 approvals are in process.

The G Series and H Series is priced starting at $4.49 in OEM quantities, with delivery from stock to 8 weeks ARO.
