Millennium Cell Signs Letter of Intent with Air Products and Chemicals

Millennium Cell Inc. (Eatontown, NJ) announced that it has signed a non-binding letter of intent with Air Products and Chemicals Inc. (Allentown, PA). Millennium Cell and Air Products are discussing the possibility of entering into a joint research agreement aimed at developing the process for converting sodium borates to sodium borohydride.
