LRC Releases HVM5 to HVM16 Diodes

Leshan Radio Co. Ltd. (LRC, China) released its new HVM5 to HVM16 high-voltage diodes, which feature a forward current of 0.35A and peak voltage of 5,000V to 16,000V. The HVP5 to HVP16 diodes have a 0.7A forward current, and 5,000V to 16,000V peak voltage, while the HVR-2X Series has a peak voltage of 1.5kV to 2.8kV. Available in bulk packing, the products are exported worldwide with a lead time of 30 to 45 days.
