Long Life Fan-To-Heatsink IC Cooler

November 29, 2018 by Paul Shepard

JARO Thermal's new black, anodized "SQUARE" IC cooler measures in at a compact 40x40x08mm, making it suited for low-profile (tightly-spaced) applications. With a life expectancy of L10 70,000 hours at 40°C and an operating temperature of -20℃ to +90℃, the featured model is simply the best cooling value in its cooling class.

JARO's unique embedded fan-to-sink design reduces IC installation steps, while saving time and space.

The unique open-finned (square) design combines both natural and forced air convection. This high-performance AFB bearing model offers a life expectancy of L10 50,000 hours at 40°C and an operating temperature -10℃ to +85℃.

The IC2 Cooler is designed for limited-space requirements, such as PCMCIA, PCI express cards; blade servers; and all hot chip sets. Jaro's new AFB (fluid-bearing) bracket fans have a low operating noise-to-CFM ratio and are excellent at cooling BGA, graphic and embedded processors and other IC packages; that include microprocessors, FPGAs, & DSPs.

Users can also choose from two different ball-bearing models, with NMB high-temperature (special) ball bearings.
