Ligitek Electronics Co. Ltd. , an LED (light emitting diode) lamp maker in Taiwan, announced that it plans to spin off its solar power unit into a new firm, capitalized at NT$100 million (USD$3 million).
"They are two different products. We’re just making an organization adjustment," said Roches Chen, Director at Ligitek’s Financial Department.
