LEM USA Inc. (Milwaukee, WI) introduced the new HTB Series of PCB-mounted current transducers, which provide current measurements from 50 ARMS to 400 ARMS. There are 14 members in the new family of transducers, and they all use the same housing to offer nominal current measurements of 50 ARMS, 100 ARMS, 200 ARMS, 300 ARMS or 400 ARMS, with either a bipolar ±12 to 15V, or unipolar +12 to 15V power supply.
There are two styles of transducers available, the P version, which has an aperature for a separate primary conductor, and the TP version, which has an integrated primary busbar that is soldered to the PC. Both devices are suitable for industrial and home applications, such as variable speed drives, uninterruptible power supplies, switch-mode power supplies and air conditioners. LEM Components offers a five-year warranty for each transducer.
