Lambdapro Technologies Co. Ltd. (China) announced its new CW-808 Series of laser diodes, which are available with voltage inputs ranging from 1.4V to 2.4V, and produce an output of 50mW, 100mW, 200mW or 500mW, as well as 1W, 1.5W or 2W, depending on the model.
Shipped in a TO-5 or TO-3 casing, the diodes draw 85mA to 3A of current, with the threshold current ranging from 35mA to 500mA. The emitter size ranges from 4µm x 1µm to 200µm x 1µm.
