July 30, 2000 by Jeff Shepard

Invensys Power Systems' Secure Power (Raleigh, NC) has announced the latest UPS in its Series 9 product family, the Powerware 9330. The Powerware is designed specifically to meet the high-availability needs of critical 24" x 7" applications and, according to Invensys Power, can enhance reliability and deliver one of the highest efficiency ratings compared to other online UPSs.

"The 9330 also contains high-end features and benefits that previously existed only in larger capacity UPSs. E-business is driving the need for 24-hour-a-day, 365-days-a-year system availability; where even a few minutes of downtime can be devastating," said Nev Carmichael, vice president of marketing for Invensys Secure Power. "Features that have made Powerware the leader in high-end, three-phase UPSs for e-business clients are inherent to the Powerware 9330. Additionally, we have integrated new patent technology, setting a new standard for Internet power reliability."
