IDEC Intros 240W PS5R-G24 Switching Power Supply

IDEC Corp. (Sunnyvale, CA) announced the addition of a 240W model, the PS5R-G24, to its PS5R Series of switching power supplies. This new unit features a built-in harmonic filter designed to make the device fully compliant with the EN61000-3-2 harmonic directive. Units can be paralleled together for a total output of 1,200W. The output rating is 10A at 24Vdc. While no jumper is required, the 240W model accepts a universal voltage input from 85Vac to 264Vac or 110Vdc to 370Vdc. The new model may be DIN rail- or direct-panel mounted. It is CE marked, c-UL listed and TUV certified.
