IDACORP Inc. (Boise, ID) has assumed sole ownership of its solar photovoltaic subsidiary, Applied Power Corp., which has appointed Roger Breezley as president and CEO.
Breezley is a retired chairman of the board of US Bancorp and a seven-year member of IDACORP's board of directors. He has also served as president of IDACORP Technologies, a subsidiary focused on clean energy technologies, which was formed in 1999.
Also appointed to the office of CEOs is Thomas Starrs and Harvey Forest.
