Tsinghua Huatian Technology Development Co. Ltd. (Tsinghua, China) announced its new DP4-812 CPU cooler, which offers a maximum airflow of 38.2CFM and is targeted at socket 478 Pentium 4s that operate up to 2.8GHz, as well as socket 478 Celerons that operate >1.7GHz.
The device features Skiving technology to provide the cooler's radiator with a larger cooling area. An aluminum cover is provided to protect the radiator. The cooler has a 70mm x 70mm x 25mm double ball-bearing cooling fan with the fan blades made of PBT material. The cooler has a rated voltage of 12Vdc and requires a starting voltage of 7Vdc to rotate at up to 4,200rpm. Life expectancy is at least 50,000h at 25°C or at least 35,000h at 40°C.
