Haoxin Unveils TN-3.6-1000 Lithium-Ion Battery

Haoxin Science and Development Co. Ltd. (Shanghai, China) announced its new TN-3.6-1000 lithium-ion battery, which features a photo-electricity converter that refills the battery when no independent charger is available. The TN-3.6-1000 is suitable for use in Nokia's 5110, 6110, 6150 and 7110 mobile phone models.
The 3.6V TN-3.6-1000 battery has a 1Ah capacity and features 66h to 300h of standby time. Also included is a protection circuit that addresses over-charging, over-discharging, reverse charging and short circuits. At a standard illumination of 1kW/m², the converter provides an efficiency >15 percent. In addition, the company claims that the battery can last 30 days given sufficient illumination.
