H Power Corp. (Clifton, NJ) announced the appointment of Dudley Wass to the position of COO. As COO, Wass will be primarily responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations of the company as it moves toward commercialization of its PEM fuel cell systems. Wass joins H Power from Visteon Corp. (Dearborn, MI), where he served as director of its distributed power-generation business unit.
