GE Digital Energy (Atlanta, GA) has signed a definitive agreement to acquire IMV (Switzerland). With this acquisition, GE Digital Energy will acquire IMV’s uninterruptible power supplies and associated software platforms. GE Digital Energy believes that these products and services are complementary with its own offerings, and that the acquisition will accelerate its ability to provide customers with the highest level of power-quality solutions.
