Shenzhen Flyaford Ind. Co. Ltd. (China) released its new JMD18T/Z power connector that features a rated current of 5 A or 35 A, contact resistance of 5 mohms or 1 mohm, insulation resistance of >1,000 mohms, and withstanding voltage of 1,000 Vac or 1,500 Vac (50 Hz).
The products are offered with PET T102 G30 UL94V-0 housing materials, and H62Y (pressing), HPb59-1Y (soldering) and QBe2.0 (spring) contacts. With an environmental temperature range of -55 °C to +60 °C, the connector has a relative humidity of 98 percent (40 °C), shock acceleration of 98 g, and a mechanical lifespan of 1,000 times.
