Fenghua Advanced Technology Co. Ltd. (China) announced its new multi-layer ceramic capacitors (MLCCs), designed for use in PCs and consumer electronics applications, which are shipped in 0603 to 2225 packages and are rated from 100V to 3kV.
The surface-mountable devices feature a top electrode material made of nickel, silver and tin, and dielectric material of NPO, X7R and Y5V. The devices are available with capacitance values ranging from 1pF to 2.2µF with a 5 to 20 percent tolerance level.
