Orion Fans has added an 18,000 square foot addition to its Dallas-based North American headquarters. With the facility expansion, Orion Fans says it has increased its domestic manufacturing capacity, enhanced its logistics capabilities, and further reduced product lead times. The capacity increase and shorter lead times will help customers and channel partners shorten the design cycle and simplify the supply chain process.
Over the next two years, Orion Fans intends to expand its labor force by 25% to support the expansion. The facility is expected to accelerate the development of new products that meet individual customer requirements in a wide range of applications.
Orion Fans develops and produces a broad line of ac fans, dc fans, ec fans, harsh-environment fans, fan trays, fan accessories, motorized impellers, and blowers. Orion's cooling solutions serve markets including appliances, alternative energy, automotive, electronic enclosures, HVAC, industrial, medical, oil and gas, transportation, and more.
