Diodes Inc. (Westlake Village, CA) announced that it has named Dr. Keh-Shew Lu to its board of directors. Lu has been senior vice president of Texas Instruments (TI, Dallas, TX) and manager of its worldwide mixed-signals products group since June 1998. His areas of expertise include the mixed-signal portion of TI’s digital signal processing solutions, display solutions and mixed-signal wireless communications. Lu will replace David Lin, who has stepped down from Diodes’ board of directors to join the board of the Lite-On Group (Taiwan).
